Dear players,

As part of our on-going work to stamp out fake accounts, fraudsters, gold farmers and other unwanted cheaters, we have, over the last few days banned several thousand accounts.

However, in the meantime, you should make sure that your account has accurate, real and up to date information as any accounts that do not have valid billing information will not be accepted. Please remember that our terms of service requires you to provide accurate and valid information. (See the section on:

Setting Up Your User Account If any of the Services require you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information (including your email address) as prompted by the applicable registration form.
