Just wanted to give some feedback that even until the very last minute, Codemasters is doing all they can to help their customers go through a smooth transition. My daughter's hijacked account was recovered yesterday, and GMs are even still working on a reimbursement and checking all the character data for a refund of what was lost. Perhaps those services are officially closed, but behind the scenes they still care about us!

You missed the important beginning of that quote.

"I will not say: Do not weep; for not all tears are an evil"

It's a bit of a negation-jungle, but he refrains from asking them to not weep. It's all right to weep, as not all tears are bad.
