looking good. apart from 1 guy. martin freeman, i hate hims hates him!!!!! and james nesbit, whats he doing out of his crime dramas palying a dwarf?! he should be playing a disturbed scottish detective as hes been playin for the past 10000000000 years on itv

and bombur doesnt look quite as fat as he should be, looks more samwise ish, but i guess thats why we have prostesics (?? make up stuff)

i am looking forward to the film, and i can see it being very well done, however i cant say ill be surprised if it panders to certain actors, just hope it doesnt pander too much and it subtracts from the book/film.

just my 2 cents

*Irish.

For me Martin Freeman looks like he was made for the role of Bilbo. He looks like a hobbit without any effort.

Exclamation

The video couldn't load for me, so I apologize if this was mentioned in the interview:

One of the actors (Martin Freeman, I think) was pulling out at the last minute (excuse the pun).

Anyone else hear this? I saw this on Yahoo!.com news.

But yeah im a sucker for films and these new Tolkien inspired films are looking great so far, so cannot wait.

Oh and who opened the box and let Klepp out! *shoos the Dwarf back to his box*

Apparently Mr Kazinsky is no longer going to be in it after having to drop out due to personal comittments so I hear.

I think Richard Armitage will be excellent as Thorin. He was great both in the recent Robin Hood series and in Spooks. We need to see more of him on the big screen.

Roll on to the film release(s)
